Situation
While performing a migration of eDirectory using migedir the following
error messages are reported:
- Error: Could not migrate NICI file. Migration cannot proceed. Exiting (nicifk)
- SERVER: secure copy from NetWare failed rc=35327.
Resolution
Copy the NFK file from the
install NetWare 6.5 CD to sys:\system and rename it to sys:\system\nicifk file
and restart the edir migration.

Root Cause
The migration process is attempting to copy the nicifk file from the source server at sys:/system. Upon investigation it was found the file did not exist.
