Mails are crossed out in the Trash Folder

Situation

Symptom:
Mails are crossed out in the Trash Folder.
Unable to delete mails fom the Trash. The mails are crossed out. The user has an IMAP account. The mail which is crossed out has not been downloaded to the IMAP client.

Resolution

It is working as designed. If the mail has not been downloaded by the IMAP client (connection) the mail does not get deleted from the Online mailbox.

Additional Information

The feature has been set this way so as to avoide accidental deletion of mail not downloaded by IMAP.
