Unable to create Authentication Source for GroupWise Mobile Sever

ERROR: "Unable to connect to Groupwise server" while creating an Authentication Source

ERROR: "XML Parsing Error"

ERROR: "Runtime Exception Undeclared namespace prefix of element "gwm:loginResponse"

This can happen if files are missing when POA loads. Files are not installed in the system directory with the other POA NLMs and associated files.

List of files that should be present in the system directory:

XGAB5.NLM
XGBAS5.NLM

Copy the missing files listed above from SDD/Agents/NLM directory in to the sys:\system directory or the directory where the POA NLMS are installed and launched from and restart POA

OR

Reinstall POA agent and ensure the above files are present in the sys:\system directory
