Situation

Symptoms:
Global Signature does not work in WebAccess within the GroupWise System
Global Signature works using GroupWise Client within the GroupWise System

Resolution

If using global signatures with WebAccess they only apply when a mail leaves the system, not internally.

An enhancement request has been made to support internal global signatures when using Webaccess.

Steps To Duplicate:
1. Assign Global Signature at Domain / Post Office level
2. Log in to the WebAccess
3. Send a test mail to any user
4. When recipient receives the mail, the Global Signature is missing
5. Log in to GroupWise Client
6. Send a test mail to any user
7. When recipient receives the mail, the Global Signature is present
