Situation
Upgraded from an older version of NetWare and have had to
re-install BorderManager. Corruption in the NDS schema that
BorderManager extended, and had to run the utility BM3RMV3. Instead
of re-creating access rules, they can be saved.
How to save Access Control Rules if reinstalling BorderManager or running BM3RMV3.EXE.

Resolution
Go into NWADMIN | Double-click on the BorderManager server
object | Click on the BorderManager Access Control Rules button |
at that point you can select all your rules and do either a cut or
a copy with the buttons above the rules and then past them to a
container above BorderManager. This will save those rules so that
you can copy them back after you have either re-installed BM or run
the BM3RMV3.
