Resolution

This error message is being caused by a typo in the Driver Parameters section. The steps to fix are:
01. Open iManager and login
02. Click on 'Identity Manager', then 'Identity Manager Overview'
03. Click on the Magnifying glass icon, then browse to your Driver set object and click on the 'Search' button
04. Click on the SIF Driver icon to go to the ' Identity Manager Driver Overview' page
05. Click on the SIF Driver icon again to open the driver's properties
06. On the 'Identity Manager' tab, 'Driver Configuration' link, scroll down to the 'Driver Parameters' section
07. Click on the 'Edit XML' button
08. Select the Check box 'Enable XML Editing'
09. Within the 'XML Editor' window, search for |S39|
10. Right after the | character in the previous step, there is a single space character. Delete it and you should see something like this (the line continues on both sides with more data):
~SIF.StudentTemplate38~|S39|~SIF.StudentContainer39~
11. Click on the 'Ok' button to close the window with the XML code
12. Click on the 'Ok' button to close the Driver Properties window and save the changes
13. Start the driver
