Situation
Error converting addresses between ms exchange and gw formats while
processing messages.
Resolution
Possible solution for Issue #1)
Delete and reinstall the gateway. This entails removing all
references to the gateway in ConsoleOne and Exchange Admin and then
reinstalling the gateway.
Possible solution #2)
Remove all Gwise address space from the recipient policy from
with in Exchange System Manager Recipient Policies.
Insure all Gwise address space is also removed from the Users
Properties Page Email address tab.
**The address space can be installed or removed by
running the install program for the GroupWise Gateway for MS
Exchange. During the install this is one of the install
options that can be selected
Additional Information
Possible Issue #1 ) Corruption in the GWPROXY.DLL or the
Gateway queue on the Exchange server.
Possible Issue #2 ) Mis-configured Gwise Address Space in
Exchange Recipient Policy | Email Address (policy) and / or
Exchange Users Property Page | Email Address tab.
