Situation
If the upgrade fails and DBUpgrade log is checked you will see this entry as the line
Executing script .\sql\mssql7\tsc_upg_0750_msq_03_AlterData.sql...
Changing ZENWorks Asset Management data...
Setting initial values for NC_ProcessData.WebDefinitionBuildState.
Setting initial values for NC_SoftwareUsageHistory.IsServerUsage, SourceDevice, RemoteWorkstationOID.
Resolution
The SQL
transaction log file gets very large during this portion of the ZAM
upgrade. Increase the log space to accomodate the transaction
for the upgrade.
Once that is
done you will need to restore the database and retry the
upgrade.
