Appointments are displayed after a couple of minutes in shared calendars

User1 shares the calendar with User2, both of them are using the MS Outlook email client
with the Outlook Connector.
User1 creates some appointments in the shared calendar. From theuser2 perspective, those
appointments will be shown after 15-20 minutes.
