Configuration:
Mail is moved to any other subfolder using Online mode or
WebAccess after the mail has been downloaded to Caching
Mailbox
Situation
Symptoms:
Mails in the caching mailbox move to Trash automatically
Mails can still be seen in the Online Mailbox
Mails can be seen in two folders in Caching Mailbox -
Trash and a subfolder where the mails were moved using Online mode
or WebAccess
Resolution
If a mail has been downloaded to Caching Mailbox and then the mail is moved to any other folder using Online mode or WebAccess, then the mail would be seen in two places in the Caching Mailbox - Trash and the other folder to which the mail was moved using the Online mode or WebAccess. This is working as designed.
