iPrint Migration to OES2 fails with 401 Authentication error

Environment

Novell iPrint for Linux Open Enterprise Server 2

Situation

Cause 1: iprntman not found
Type 'iprntman psm -l' at the server's terminal. If the command returns that iprntman is not found, then this is the reason you are receiving the 401 error.

Cause 2: admin user not found
Attempt to log into Novell Remote Manager (https://x.x.x.x:8009) with the same user you are providing in the iPrint Migration tool. If the login fails with "Login Error! Username or Password invalid. Please try again", then the iPrint Migration tool is failing because the admin user cannot authenticate using OpenWBEM.

Resolution

Fix to Cause 1: A reboot of the server has been known to resolve this problem.

Fix to Cause 2: Type the following in a terminal shell.
rcnamcd restart
