CR - How do I register ShopNovell activation code to my existing Customer Center account?

Customer makes an online purchase of SuSE Linux Enterprise Server from ShopNovell. ShopNovell orders do not tie any purchase to an existing Novell Customer Center. There is a way to register that code to the Novell Customer Center accont so that it is visible within the portal.


Please follow these steps to register your ShopNovell purchase within your existing Novell Customer Center account.

1. Log into the Novell Customer Center at

2. Make sure you are in the company account that you want.

3. From the left menu, hover over Products and Subscriptions and click on Activate Products/Subscriptions.

4. Enter the Activation code that you received from ShopNovell.

This will register that code within your company information inside the Novell Customer Center portal.

IF you have already registered this code to your User Created profile and would like to transfer that registration to a company Novell Customer Center account, please do the following:

1. Log into the Novell Customer Center at

2. Find the registered product from within your User Created (example: UC123456) account.

3. Click on the product and find the -Move Subscription button from the right hand side of the page.

4. Follow the onscreen instructions.
