GroupWise mails do not sync to GMS intermittently

Situation

Symptoms:
GroupWise mails do not sync to GMS intermittently
Huge GroupWise mailbox does not sync to GMS if additional subfolders are selected
Huge GroupWise mailbox takes a lot of time to sync mails to GMS
GroupWise mails take a lot of time to sync to GMS when the user account is created

Resolution

Corrective Actions:
1. Click Start | Programs | Intellisync Mobile Suite | Admin Console
2. Expand Intellisync Mobile Suite | Profile Settings | Email Accelerator | Email Accelerator User
3. Right Click on Default and click Properties
4. Click the Performance Tab
5. "Change the Maximum size of single email (attachments or body):" to 1024 from 20000.
6. Click Apply and OK
It has been seen that changing the above setting drastically improves performance
