The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( PatchLink ) cannot
be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry

information is part of the event: Windows Logging

This message is
cosmetic: it just indicates that Windows Logging has started, but
that the ZPM service does not have a description for that
event.
