Situation
Where is the column ReporterName located in Sentinel
5.x?
Upgraded from 4.x to 5.1.x.
Resolution
The events table is now normalized and all the fields are mutiple tables.
The "reportername” field is now in evt_agent table. Other tags are spread out respectively in other relational tables.
This change will prevent reports templates from Sentinel 4.x working with Sentinel 5.x. Upload the report template for 5.x to Crystal enterprise. For custom reports contact Professional Services/Consulting to have the report templates updated.
