Nothing happens when you click on the ZESM Management Console icon

Situation

After clicking on the icon (as shown in the picture below) for the ZESM Management Console nothing happens and the console does not start

Resolution

  1. Open up task manager
  2. End task on policyeditor.exe
  3. Click on the ZESM Management Console icon
