Is PcProx required for successful NMAS / LDAP authenticaiton with SecureLogin?

Situation

Question: Must the PCProx client be installed with NSL for successful LDAP authenticaiton if no proximity card is in use?

Resolution

No.

The Pcprox NMAS method is only required for authentication using the PcProx NMAS method. It is not required for general ldap authentication, nor is it required for any other NMAS method authentication (other than pcprox).
