Password change for user failing on AS400 with Fan-Out driver.

User exists on multiple boxes with platform receivers. Only one of those users is associated with the Census. When a non-associated user tries to change their password they may be unable to because the password does not meet the password policy's complexity requirements. Because the user is not associated with the census they should not be bound by eDirectory's password policy.

Currently (2006-08-17) there is no way to check to see if a user is associated with a particular platform receiver. This has been requested for a future release of the Fan-Out driver.
