NALAGENT.EXE remains in memory when exiting WebView

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Application Launcher (NAL)

Situation

When NAL is launched via the IE plugin and then IE is closed, in some cases NALAGENT.exe will remain in memory.
NAL will not start again via IE until the previous instance of NALAGENT.exe is terminated.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, available at https://download.novell.com
