Situation
Error 1309.Error reading from file: MSVCP60.DLL. Verify that the
file exists and that you can access it.

Setupip.exe installs from GroupWise 7.01 fail because the setup program can't find MSVCP60.DLL
Cause: The client install directory structure referred to by SETUPIP.EXE is missing the Redist directory structure including the MSVCP60.DLL located in Client\win32\system32\Redist\MS\System

Complete the directory structure referred to by SETUPIP.EXE by
creating the
\\xxx\sys\ApacheIP\htdocs\Client\win32\system32\Redist\MS\System
directory and then copy in the MSVCP60.DLL from the system software
distribution directory to this newly created System directory
