ZENworks 10 Configuration Management
Situation
When setting a
prompt for remote management actions in a Remote Management policy,
in "Message displayed to the user on the managed device before
starting remote session", any accented characters, like ç or è are
omitted from the message when displayed to the user. So "Garçon"
for example is displayed as "Garon".
Resolution
This is fixed in version 10.1 - see KB 7001200 "ZENworks 10 Configuration Management with SP1 (10.1)" which can be found at https://www.novell.com/support
