Accented characters do not appear in remote management prompt

When setting a prompt for remote management actions in a Remote Management policy, in "Message displayed to the user on the managed device before starting remote session", any accented characters, like ç or è are omitted from the message when displayed to the user. So "Garçon" for example is displayed as "Garon".
