OPCODE RECEIVED: 12 Error on POA screen

Environment

Situation

Every few seconds the Post Office Agent screen reports:
Invalid handler opcode received: 12

Resolution

GroupWise Monitor was setup to monitor this post office however the HTTP monitor port on the POA was disabled. Enabling the port stopped the errors, and allowed the POA to be monitored through GroupWise Monitor. This is enabled by:
  1. Open the properties of the POA object in ConsoleOne.
  2. Go to the GroupWise|NetWork Address tab.
  3. Set the HTTP port to a port that is not currently in use. The default is 7181.
