During an LDAP query an error 6029 is seen. The attribute for which the 6029 is returned fails.

This is an informational message that indicates eDirectory is currently performing maintanance on that attribute. This maintanace consists of eDirectory optimizing the storage of values in the database.

This optimization process is triggered by the size or number of values for an attribute in a single entry. The limit trigger is:
Size: 2048
Value Count: 25

Once the attribute on an entry reaches one of these limits, all values for that attribute for all entries in the database are copied from the entry container to a separate attribute container. Once completed this attribute will never again require this optimization process to be performed. However, while this process takes place the error message 6029 will be returned for any query performed on it.
