Situation
With a user that is belongs to a Password Policy, has already
supplied answers to their Challenge Set questions, then presses the
Enter Key after supplying their User ID on the ForgotPassword page
will receive the following error:
Error: "Validation Error"
This is the same error that is seen if no User ID is supplied and the submit button or Enter Key are used.
This behavior is not seen if the user presses the Submit button instead of using the Enter Key.
This behavior was seen with both Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla FireFox browsers

Resolution
The behavior is a bug with version 3.5 of the Novell User
Application. This will be addressed in a future
release of the Novell User Application.
