Situation

When loading the GroupWise Agents from a Directory longer than 8 characters the NetWare server console reports:
 
"Unable to find load file GW7AGENTSOFTWARE"   where GW7AGENTSOFTWARE is the long directory name in your system.
 
The NetWare server logger screen reports: "Unable to load language resource: SYS:\SYSTEM\GW7AGENTSOFTWARE\gwpoa1us.fil (8209)

Resolution

Rename your long directory to 8 or fewer characters.
 
This has been reported as an Enhancement Request.

Additional Information

If you are not using a long directory name to load the GW Agents, you may need to add /L=US to your mta and poa startup file. See TID # 2947669
