iManager Tiered Distribution View in Firefox is blank.

Novell ZENworks 7 Server Management Support Pack 1 - ZSM7 SP1 Tiered Electronic Distribution (TED)

Situation

Firefox running on XP, in iManager Tiered Distribution View is blank; works in IE.

Fixed in ZENworks 7 Server Management Service Pack 1 Interim Release 3a, available at https://download.novell.com

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open Firefox v1.5.0.7 in Windows XP

2. Login to iManager (tried both v2.5.20051102 and v2.6.0 - we get the same

results)

3. Select Zenworks Server Management, then Tiered Distribution View

4. Select a tiered distribution

5. Tiered Distribution View page comes up.

RESULTS:

In Firefox, the window within the page is blank. With IE, the window shows the

distributor, the parent subscribers, and the subscribers.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

In Firefox, the window should show the distributor, the parent subscribers, and

the subscribers.
