Linux Access Gateway extended log files do not contain userID

Situation

Linux Access Gateway (LAG) installed and configured to protect multiple Web servers. Authentication to these services work fine. Extended logs enabled with default settings to log the HTTP traffic through the LAG. When analysing the log files following users accessing the proxy, all requests are logged to the extended log files but the userID field is blank.

The same test with the common logs enabled shows the userID in this field.

Resolution

Apply Access Manager 3 Support Pack 1 Release Candidate 2 (build 3.0.1-207) or greater.
