Resolution

1. Shut down the MTA
2. Rename Primary Domain's WPDOMAIN.DB and associated directory structure to be lower case
3. Ensure all *.dc files in the Primary Domain are also in lower case
4. Rename the (SDD)Software Distribution Directory\Domain to lower case software distribution directory\domain. Also rename all the dc files in that directory to lowercase
5. Rename the (SDD)Software Distribution Directory\PO to lower case software distribution directory\po. Also rename all the dc files in that directory to lowercase
6. Create a wpoffice directory in the Primary Domain Directory and copy all *.dc files from the SDD\domain and SDD\po in that directory

Additional Information

Notes:
Example:
Rename WPDOMAIN.DB to lower case wpdomain.db
Rename Domain Directory P sys:\GWdomain to sys:\gwdomain
Rename all files and Directories in sys:\gwdomain to lowercase
The *.dc (dictionary) files are templates and used to create GroupWise objects. They are found in the live domain directory for each domain and copied to each domain or post office directory that is created.
The *.dc files are also found in the software distribution directory under SDD\domain and SDD\PO
Though it has been noted that while creating a Secondary Domain or Post Office on Linux from a Primary Domain on NetWare the software directory is not used. It is still suggested to rename the Software Distribution Directory, Domain and PO directory in the SDD, and the *dc files to lowercase

To locate your Software Distribution Directories within ConsoleOne highlight the GroupWise system on the left pane of ConsoleOne | and click Tools | GroupWise System Operations | Software Directory Management
