Situation
When configuring group Role Based Entitlements (RBE), the query result for the external group query does not show up in iManager even though the query's result is seen in the trace.
Resolution
The problem was resolved when the ampersand character (&) was removed from the group names in AD. The query result contained the ampersand character and was represented as '&'. The IDM 2.0.x plug-in for iManager did not handle that character correctly.

This issue appears to have been resolved in IDM 3.0.x plug-ins.
