What drive does eDirectory have to be installed to on a W2K3 server if ZENworks will be installed?

Environment

Novell ZENworks 6.5 Desktop Management - ZfD6.5.
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition.
Novell eDirectory installed to the Windows Cluster.

Situation

Inventory services fail to connect & load properly.
No '106: Successfully connected to the database' is generated in the Inventory Service Server Status log.
Inventory services fail to connect to the database successfully.
Error:

eDirectory is installed to a Windows cluster resource.
ZENworks documentation indicates that Imaging requires eDirectory be installed to the C: drive but suggests it is only if Imaging is installed.
What drive does eDirectory have to be installed to on a W2K3 server if ZENworks will be installed?
