Applications uninstall if workstation connection is lost during NAL refresh

Novell ZENworks Desktop Management 7 - ZDM7 Application Launcher (NAL)

Situation

If the workstation loses connection to eDirectory whilst NAL is part way through a refresh, then at the end of the refresh, NAL thinks that the workstation has no associated apps. If"unassociated days to uninstall (workstation)" is set to zero, then workstation associated applications will uninstall.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available athttps://download.novell.com
