LDAP Extension modules, lburp, ldapxs and nmasldap, don't load

Situation

A new ldap server object has been created and associated with the NCP server object.
After nldap is reloaded, three extension modules don't load - lburp, ldapxs and nmasldap. SASL does continue to load.
Without these modules, a variety of errors can occur:

Resolution

The easiest work-around is to reassociate the NCP server object with the original LDAP server object.
An updated ldap plugin, that fixes this problem, is slated to ship when iManager 2.7 ships.
