ZFD Installation Hangs on Add Servers Please Wait...

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management - ZDM7 Desktop Management Services Install

Situation

During installation, on Server Selection screen, press Add Servers button.
Install shows:
"Please Wait..."
No server list is displayed.
ZFDDebug.log shows last line:
SelectProductsPage: no pre-exisiting servers

Resolution

Had an old version of MSVCRTD.DLL in \Windows\System32. Replace with the version from the Install CD zenworks\sfiles\bin
