GroupWise 7 mail
integration does not work properly with ZENworks 6.5 SP1
Some of the GroupWise 7 "add-on" features do not appear to work properly on workstations with ZENworks 6.5 SP1.

Resolution
Upgrade to
ZENworks 6.5 SP2 or newer.

GroupWise "Add-on" features in this instance could include one or more of the following:
- Ability to right click on a file in Windows Explorer and have the option to "Send to -> GroupWise Library" or "Send to -> GroupWise Recipient".
- GroupWise MAPI extensions that are added to the Windows Control Panel - Mail.
- GroupWise profile settings that are added to the Windows Control Panel - Mail.
