Situation
Multiple paths are showing up as
faulty or ghost. There is an error message ERROR: device not found in
pathvec in the multipath -v2
output.
Resolution
Update the MSA1000 firmware.
There is an issue with older firmware that will make paths faulty
if active and passive devices are attached to the SAN.
