ZAM 7.5 web console scan dates are off by +6 hours

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7.5 Asset Management - ZAM7.5

Situation

With the patches proceeding ZAM 7.5 IR5, when running reports, the Last Scan Date field was reporting the time in GMT.  However with ZAM 7.5 IR5 the Last Scan Date on the reports will show the local web server time instead of GMT.
