Situation

ERROR: The data you requested is not available



ERROR: Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type int.

Resolution

Workaround:
  1. Change the Purchase Quantity number to something small (via view/edit purchase detail).
  2. Once that is changed, you should be able to open the Product Catalog and change that number.
Fixed in rtrlet.war dated April 28, 2006 in Patch 06 or later. See Novell Product Updates.

Additional Information

Data imported from a file had values larger than 1 million causing the calculation problem.

Steps to duplicate:
From the Software Compliance tab, select the Product Catalog drop down list and select edit/view product.
