Novell GroupWise Messenger 2.0
Situation
On the messaging agent startup when trying to build the client
extractor get the following error.
Unable to build the client extractor [0x8206]
Resolution
Error 8206 is a file open error or a failure to create the
destination file. Can be caused by insufficient rights to the
files being copied or something is locking the file that is trying
to do a explicit file copy.
