Situation
After
installing the ZENworks Security Client, you get a prompt as seen
below:
Resolution
If your backend
is eDirectory, the user will need to enter their full LDAP context
(as shown in above picture) with password to login to the ZENworks
Endpoint Security Management server.
Additional Information
This only
happens once and only after install of the ZENworks Security
client.
If your
backend is Active Directory, make sure the client is logged into
the domain.
