Situation

After upgrading the workstations with the ZfD 4 agents, the workstation produces an error when attempting to open the Network Identity control panel.
ZENNW32.dll is missing the entry point.

Resolution

Remove the path from the environment variables. Make sure that C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\ is set.
In some cases more than one version of zenlite.dll was found on the workstation. Moving the c:\program files\Novell\zenworks directory to the beginning of the path fixed the problem.

Additional Information

The workstation has a search path that pointed to a directory on the network with an older version of ZENLITE.DLL.
