Situation
Installing the Subscriber to a Windows XP workstation does not include an option for RM. ZSM Documentation doesn't provide any information on how to get the RM installed on the Windows XP workstations to which the Subscriber is being installed.
Resolution
Desktop Remote Management (RM) is not installed with the Subscriber on Windows XP. ZENworks Server Management installs RM for servers only. RM for Desktops is installed with the ZENworks Desktop Management Agent. See ZENworks 7 SP1 Server Management Installation Guide, section 6.2 Installation on Windows Workstations for more details.
