Situation
Error: "Services Administration Virtual Office NoClassDefFoundError" in iManager 2.5

Resolution
Follow the steps below to uninstall the Virtual Office plugin so the unavailable messages do not appear:
1) Delete the VirtualOffice.npm and VOVirtualTeamServices.npm from the Sys:\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\packages directory
2) Delete the Sys:\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\UninstallerData\Uninstall_VirtualOffice directory
3) Delete the Sys:\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\portal\modules\virtualOffice directory
4) Delete the R:\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\WEB-INF\modules\VirtualOffice directory
5) Stop tomcat by typing TC4STOP at the console
6) Start tomcat by typing TOMCAT4 at the console
7) Log back into iManager 2.5 and verify the messages do not show up in the Unavailable Tasks section of the iManager start page.

Additional Information
iManager 2.5 does not support Virtual Office Plugins. Virtual Office 1.2 is administered through iManager 2.02. Virtual Office 1.5 has its own integrated management feature that is not part of iManager.
