Patch Management server - ZPM
Situation
Package status
shows as "Obtaining Package" and never changes.
Resolution
Use Regedit on
the local PLUS server to go to:"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/patchlink.com/gravitix" and then
delete the "subagent" key. After doing this, close Regedit, open
the Patch Management web interface, "Options", "Support" and then
click on the re-register button at the bottom of the screen. This
should re-cache the packages.
