Situation

Error: "ADM error (-922)"
Users are trying to authenticate via RADIUS are denied access. Error is seen on the Novell Radius Services screen and Debug screen
ADM.NLM -922 error means NO_SUCH_ATTRIBUTE

Resolution

Initializing the Activcard with the synchronous profile instead of the asynchronous profile solved the problem.
A way to verify if an Activcard is initialized with the synchronous or asynchronous method is to check on the Password tests tab of the Activcard Device object.
If Synchronous Password is marked it was initialized with the synchronous profile.
If Asynchronous Password is marked it was initialized with the asynchronous profile.

Additional Information

Activcard was initialized as asynchronous (or challenge/response) instead of synchronous.
