Situation

ZAM 7.0 scans:

MAC xml files fail to convert.
Error:"OSXXlator::ReadFile FAILED: CXmlInStream::Retrieve caught unknown error."
Error: "Conversion could not be completed due to Errors"

Resolution

ZAM 7.5 shipping code fixed this symptom. If MAC inventories still fail for some machines after installing and testing the latest 7.5 IR, contact Novell Technical Support for continued investigation on an unidentified cause to MAC inventory failure.
