Unable to
blank screen during remote control session.

screen works on other machines but not on other
workstations.

Additional Information
Check whether an alternate technique blanks the screen. To do so:
1.Create a DWORD value called UseBlankScreenDriver in the registry of the Managed Device under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZENworks\Remote Management\RMAgent
2.Set the value data of UseBlankScreenDriver to 1.
