Situation
Unable to send HTML documents in GroupWise using MS Word 2003 Mail

Additional Information
Plain text mail merge should work with GroupWise 7.0.x but
HTML mail merge should be fixed in a future version of
GroupWise.
STEPS TO DUPLICATE:
1) Create HTML document with pictures in Word 2003
2) Create Excel spreadsheet with user information with a column for e-mail addresses
3) Choose mail merge in Word (tools | letters and mailings | mail merge)
4) For document type choose e-mail messages.
5) Next Select Use the current document.
6) Next Select Use existing list. Then browse to the Excel 2003 spreadsheet created in step 2 which contains all the users details including e-mail address. In the sort column choose the e-mail addresses column.
7) Next until you get to step 6 of 6.
8) Complete the merge by choosing Electronic Mail. When you do this nothing happens.
