Situation
HTTP Status 404 - /gw/webacc when going to the WebAccess login
page at http:// /gw/webacc.
Tomcat was loading correctly on the server and there were no
errors on the logger screen. The logger showed the WebAccess
Servlet ready for work message, and Apache had loaded correctly.
There was an "include "sys:Apache2/conf/GWApache2.conf"
directive in the sys:\Apache2\conf\httpd.conf file, so mod_jk was
getting loaded correctly as well.
Resolution
This turned out to be a capitalization issue. The "gw" folder
under sys:\tomcat\4\webapps was "GW" instead of the lowercase"gw." Changing it's case solved the issue.
