User Application Forgotten Password Self-Service is case sensitive.

Situation

The user name in Identity Manager's User Application Forgotten Password Self-Service is case sensitive unless wild card searching is enabled. J* or jsmith will both find JSMITH. However if wild card searching is disabled, jsmith will not find JSMITH.
This is not consistent with the User Application login which is not case sensitive.

Resolution

This problem is fixed in field patch R for User Application 3.5.0 and field patch A for User Application 3.5.1 ; from those versions onwards case sensitivity is no longer an issue. User Application patches are cumulative so later versions of these patches will also include this fix.
