Security settings do not work if device goes to sleep
User has set a password on their device to access the device when'it has been locked, turned off, or goes to sleep"
If the device goes to sleep a password is not required to power back on.

The administrator will need to change the server's security profile to enforce the power on password.

This options is under Profile Settings | Security/Encryption | [Profile] | Power-on Password. Select the check box to Enforce the password and choose a password strength and timeout value.
